Metron is actively seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and manage our business analytics tool set built on Power BI. This role will integrate essential enterprise systems including accounting, forecasting, business development pipeline and Human Resources to deliver clear reporting, actionable insights, manage risk, and accelerate decision making across the company. This high-visibility position reports to Metron’s Chief Operating Officer and based primarily at the Metron headquarters located at the heart of the Reston Town Center in Reston, VA. This role will build on our current enterprise management ecosystem and offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth. Key Business Intelligence Analyst responsibilities include:

Business Intelligence and Reporting Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Power BI, Excel, and AI-based analytics tools Transform complex data into clear reports, interactive dashboards, visualizations, and actionable insights to help business leaders make informed decisions Analyze trends, identify performance drivers, and support data-informed decision-making across the organization Curate the report catalog, retire legacy reports, and document reporting processes to improve consistency and usability
