- Guide the integration of arts education with broader liberal arts initiatives
- Cultivate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support faculty excellence and student success

- Make high level decisions related to budgeting, facilities, communications, and long term planning
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, organizational oversight, and team development
- Experience in higher education, arts administration, or a closely related field
- Proven ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in arts and design education
- Background in arts, design, or liberal arts disciplines; advanced degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred
- Experience with budgeting, resource management, and operational decision making in complex organizations
- Capacity to support innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and student centered learning
