About the Role
7Seas Careers Consultant is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Delhi Area.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire animation workflow including concept development, storyboarding, asset creation, and 2D animation production for client projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project goals, prepare proposals and timelines, and manage project execution from initial brief to final delivery
- Perform hands on animation work, coordinate collaborators or vendors, and maintain consistent visual style
- Ensure all content meets quality, budget, and deadline requirements
- Handle basic business operations such as client outreach, portfolio updates, and tracking project performance
Requirements
- Strong 2D animation skills including character animation, motion design, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency with industry standard animation and design software (e.g., Adobe Animate, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to develop concepts and storyboards, and translate client requirements into clear visual narratives
- Experience managing end to end creative projects including timelines, deliverables, and client feedback
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings, negotiations, and ongoing collaboration
- Basic business and organizational skills to handle proposals, invoicing, and record keeping
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant 2D animation work across different styles and formats
- Comfort working on site in the Greater Delhi Area and collaborating with local clients and partners

- Freelance 2D Animator is an owner led creative practice focused on providing high quality 2D animation services to clients across diverse industries.
- Collaborates with brands, agencies, and individual creators to produce engaging visual stories for marketing, entertainment, and educational content.
- Projects range from character animation and explainer videos to social media content and short form storytelling.
Role Description
