About the Role
ERCO Worldwide is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Co-op to join the IT Business Intelligence team. The role involves designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, analyzing data, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable reports using Power BI
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to present data in an accessible manner
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to identify analytical needs and translate them into Power BI solutions
- Perform regular data validation to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, dashboards, data models, and workflows
- Support users with daily BI reporting needs
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Bilingual in French & English
- Experience with Power BI, including designing, developing, and optimizing dashboards and reports is preferred
- Proficient experience with MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel
- Demonstrates a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills

Business Intelligence Analyst Co Op
- Employment Type: Temporary, Contract (September April)
- Location: 101 Chemin Donaldson Gatineau, Quebec J8L 3X3
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Hourly Rate: CAD 22 CAD 25
The Role
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable reports using Power BI.

The Person

- Experience with Power BI, including designing, developing, and optimizing dashboards and reports is preferred
- Additional BI tools such as Firetran, Databricks, and Business Objects is an asset
- Proficient experience with MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel
- Demonstrates a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to leverage Power BI and other analytical tools to interpret complex data, transforming it into actionable insights
- Showcases strategic decision making skills
