Role Description
This full-time remote role focuses on transforming data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
The role covers business intelligence analysis, reporting, data modeling, dashboard development, data quality, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and maintain data models.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
- Monitor data quality and validate results.
- Ensure consistent data definitions across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Recommend improvements based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Document reporting processes and optimize existing dashboards.
- Stay current with business intelligence best practices and technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and identifying patterns.
- Proficiency in data modeling and dashboard development.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms.
- Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in remote, collaborative environments with strong time management and self-organization skills.
- Consulting or enterprise environment experience is an advantage.
