The Business Intelligence Analyst supports data-driven decision making for operational and educational activities.
The role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data and translating findings into recommendations for leadership and training teams.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and visualize operational and educational data.
- Build and maintain dashboards and prepare regular performance reports.
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Perform data modeling to structure and optimize datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve processes.
- Maintain reliable data quality and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends and actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data modeling and structuring data for reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
- Experience using business intelligence tools and creating dashboards that communicate key metrics.
- Background in business analysis and translating business needs into data requirements and reporting solutions.
- Relevant experience with data visualization, reporting, and basic statistical analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in en_US, including presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with education or training environments is an advantage.
