Key skills for this role
The Integration Business Analyst is a programme-level role responsible for driving deep discovery, requirements definition, and operating model design across Citation Group's post-acquisition integrations.
The role ensures that integration activity is grounded in a thorough understanding of the acquired business — its processes, customers, commercial flows, and operational model — and that this understanding is translated into clear requirements, defined journeys, and a business case that supports sound integration decisions.
Working closely with the Integration Programme Director, Enterprise Architect, and Project-level delivery teams, the IBA is the analytical and design authority for the business dimension of each integration.
Lead structured discovery of each acquired business at the point of onboarding into the integration programme
Document current-state processes, systems, data flows, commercial models, and organisational structure
Produce a clear, evidenced as-is baseline that informs integration design decisions and surfaces early risks
