Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid position for a Business Insights Analyst based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work remotely for some tasks.
In this role, the Business Insights Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying customer insights, providing data-driven recommendations, and supporting organizational initiatives with actionable insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics for extracting and interpreting complex data.
- Experience in Market Research and the ability to generate and apply insights for organizational growth.
- Proficiency in understanding and leveraging Customer Insight to support strategy and improve services.
- Excellent Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with mental health and psychology sectors in Egypt is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
