SPECTRAFORCE is hiring a Business Information Management Analyst I for a 12-month contract in Toronto. The role involves leading complex data remediation and analysis initiatives, driving data quality improvements, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex data remediation and analysis initiatives across large datasets to ensure accuracy and alignment with enterprise data standards
- Drive data quality improvements and control frameworks, identifying data risks and implementing sustainable solutions
- Partner with business, technology, and data stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable data solutions
- Design and implement automation and process optimization solutions using Python, SQL, and workflow tools
- Act as subject matter expert for Party & Account data domains, resolving complex data issues
- Translate business requirements into actionable data logic and rules aligned with governance standards
- Support and lead project delivery efforts across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Produce insights and reporting to inform decision making for senior stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
Requirements
- Strong understanding of capital markets and client/reference data domains
- Advanced technical expertise in data analysis and remediation using SQL (Dremio), Python, Databricks, and Excel
- Proven ability to work with large scale datasets and implement scalable remediation solutions
- Experience working in data governance, data quality, or master data management environments
- 5 to 7 years of overall experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Description
- Global Operations and Business Services employees deliver continued business success through leadership, collaboration, innovation and forward thinking.
- The Data Strategy team is accountable for executing data objectives against key strategic and regulatory initiatives for the Clients Party and Account Master platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex data remediation and analysis initiatives across large, structured and unstructured datasets
- Drive data quality improvements and control frameworks, proactively identifying data risks
- Partner with business, technology, and data stakeholders to understand requirements and influence data strategy decisions
- Design and implement automation and process optimization solutions (e.g., Python, SQL, workflow tools)
- Act as subject matter expert for Party & Account data domains
- Translate business requirements into actionable data logic and rules
- Support and lead project delivery efforts across multiple concurrent workstreams
