Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Improvement Controller.
The successful candidate will manage and enhance business control systems, support financial and business planning processes, and provide insights to improve overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include performance analysis, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting finance-related strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Business Control and Business Planning
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess data and drive informed decision-making
- Expertise in Finance and Financial Planning
- Proficient in preparing and managing financial reports, and ensuring compliance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in the logistics or air cargo industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; a master’s degree or professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
