Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand Tensor Solution’s presence in key markets
- Build long term relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams to design technology solutions aligned with client needs
- Conduct market and competitor research, prepare proposals and pitch decks, and manage the end to end sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Coordinate with product and technical teams to translate business requirements
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights on pipeline health and revenue targets
- Represent the company in virtual meetings, industry events, and online communities related to AI, ML, and Web3
Requirements
- Strong business development and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and contract negotiation
- Experience in technology or SaaS sales, preferably in AI, ML, data analytics, or Web3/blockchain domains
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business focused language
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and creating sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and data driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field

Role Description
