Role Description

  • The Business Growth Partner is a full time remote role responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding Tensor Solution’s presence in key markets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, build long term relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to design technology solutions.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, prepare proposals and pitch decks, and manage the end to end sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Coordinate with product and technical teams to translate business requirements, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on pipeline health and revenue targets.
  • Represent the company in virtual meetings, industry events, and online communities related to AI, ML, and Web3.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience in technology or SaaS sales, preferably in AI, ML, data analytics, or Web3/blockchain domains.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business focused language.
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and creating sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and data driven decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or product management are a plus.
  • Prior experience working with AI, ML, or Web3 focused companies, or strong interest and demonstrated learning in these areas.
