- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business and client needs into solutions.
- Analyze the Middle East market, developing a deep understanding of industry trends within this target region.
- Understand client challenges within banking and fintech sector and provide insights to position CREALOGIX solutions competitively.
- Ensure alignment across different teams and stakeholders, supporting effective collaboration and consistency in delivering solutions.
- Model solutions and define user flows and processes.
- Gather and document business requirements (BRDs, workshops, stakeholders) translating them into clear, functional solutions aligned with business needs.
- Maintain quality and consistency in documentation and processes.
- Support RFPs, bids and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Help build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and client facing discussions when required.
- Work in Agile environments when required.
- Apply AI in a strategic and responsible way, ensuring data accuracy, ethical use, and alignment with company and client standards.
