Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executives to drive software sales growth in Dubai & Northern Emirates.

This is a strategic role that requires developing and executing regional sales strategies, building and managing relationships with key clients and partners, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new sales opportunities in key markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers in target accounts
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure aligned sales strategies and effective customer engagement
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform regional sales strategies and product development
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive regional growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in the region

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in Dubai market.
  • Strong knowledge of software products and services, including industry trends and competitor landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently , with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

What We Offer

  • Fixed salary: AED 4,000 per month
  • Incentives: Uncapped commission structure based on individual performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
