About the Role
HSEI Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Business Executive cum Academic Counsellor to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role requires 2-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development (UAE experience is an advantage)
- Hold a valid UAE driving license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal oriented with a proven track record in sales
