Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Business Excellence frameworks and performance strategies
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and operational metrics
- Partner with senior leadership to align excellence programs with business objectives
- Conduct process reviews, audits, and business assessments
- Drive operational efficiency, quality improvement, and cost optimization projects
- Develop policies, governance frameworks, and best practice standards
- Facilitate cross functional collaboration to improve organizational effectiveness
- Support digital transformation, innovation, and change management initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Strategy
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Quality Management methodologies
- Experience with KPI management, business performance reporting, and process optimization
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading transformation and organizational improvement projects
- Ability to influence senior leadership and cross functional teams
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, EFQM, ISO, or related certifications are advantageous
