About the Role
GEFI is hiring a Business Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence. The role involves analyzing processes, developing KPIs, and implementing Lean/Six Sigma programs.

Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across business functions to enhance operational performance and efficiency
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions
- Develop and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards to support strategic objectives
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence programs throughout the organization
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize workflows and improve productivity
- Support business transformation projects, process standardization, and change management initiatives
- Facilitate data driven decision making through reporting, analysis, and business insights
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and performance gaps while recommending corrective actions
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments
- Present operational and performance updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies
- Experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and business reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools
- Ability to influence cross functional teams and drive change initiatives
- Strategic mindset with strong business and commercial awareness
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
