Role Description
The Business Excellence Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving process optimization and operational excellence across the organization.
The role assesses current business processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and designs and implements standards, frameworks, and best practices.
The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to map workflows, define performance metrics, and monitor progress against business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data for insights, lead improvement projects, facilitate workshops, and prepare reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Support change management, promote continuous improvement, and ensure enhancements are embedded and sustained in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business process improvement and business process design and documentation.
- Expertise in process excellence and operational excellence methodologies and frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and performance measurement.
- Ability to coordinate projects and manage stakeholders for cross-functional improvement initiatives.
