Role Description
Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, strengthen operational standards, and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and performance metrics to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives.
- Establish performance measurement frameworks and monitor key performance indicators.
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity, enhance service quality, and align with business objectives.
- Support business policies, procedures, SOPs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects and provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
