We are seeking a
Salesforce Application And Technical Architect (Business Director Level)
to lead Salesforce architecture across a portfolio of large-scale, multi-cloud transformation engagements.
The role operates as a senior architecture authority, with primary accountability for a Unified Contact Centre program for a major enterprise client, and broader responsibility across multiple concurrent client engagements, pre-sales pursuits, and capability development.
The role is hands-on, program-level, and client-facing.

equires deep Salesforce architecture expertise across Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and integration patterns, combined with the judgement to make design decisions
that hold up under client technical reviews and operate consistently across workstreams.
On the lead engagement, the architect owns end-to-end solution integrity across Knowledge Management, Case Management, Customer 360, Data Architecture, and Integrations.
Across the wider portfolio, the architect provides architecture leadership, technical assurance, and pre-sales support.
The ideal candidate brings proven multi-cloud Salesforce architecture experience, the discipline to drive configuration-first solutions, and the credibility to engage senior client stakeholders on design trade-offs.
Architecture & Solution Leadership
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated platforms.
- Define and govern target-state architecture, data architecture and integration architecture across the program.
- Drive design decisions across parallel workstreams and ensure consistency of foundational components (e.g. data model).
- Provide architecture leadership across multiple concurrent client engagements, ensuring design coherence and quality standards are upheld across the portfolio.
- Establish and evolve reusable architecture patterns, reference designs, and accelerators that can be applied across engagements.
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the senior architecture point of contact for client stakeholders, including business owners across verticals, IT leadership, and operations leads.
- Translate Salesforce capability into business outcomes for non-technical audiences; translate business requirements into precise technical design for delivery teams.
- Facilitate design workshops, present architecture decisions, and produce client-ready artifacts.
Program & Delivery Oversight
- Provide architectural oversight across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring solution coherence and delivery quality.
- Govern technical risks, design debt, and scope changes; escalate trade-offs with clear options and recommendations.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical assurance across other Salesforce engagements in the portfolio, surfacing risks and design gaps early.
Pre-Sales & Business Development
- Lead Salesforce architecture input into pre-sales opportunities, including discovery sessions, solution shaping, and response authoring.
- Define target-state solutions, integration approaches, and high-level estimates that map client requirements to Salesforce capability.
- Present architecture and solution approach to prospective clients in pitches, orals, and technical evaluations.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years in Salesforce delivery, with at least 5 years in a Salesforce architect role on multi-cloud enterprise programs.
- Proven hands-on architecture experience across multiple Salesforce clouds.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with CTI and other key third-party platforms.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activity, including solution shaping, RFP responses, and client-facing pitches.
- Consulting or agency delivery background; experience delivering in the Middle East market is an advantage.
- Salesforce platform architecture (sharing, security, large data volumes, governor limits, declarative vs programmatic trade-offs).
- Service Cloud design: Case Management, Knowledge (article taxonomy, lifecycle, approval, versioning), Omnichannel and Skills-Based Routing and more.
- Integration architecture: REST/SOAP/event-driven, Platform Events, middleware patterns.
- Knowledge of AI related Salesforce features.
- Governance: release management, environment strategy, DevOps tooling, technical debt management.
