We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Director to lead our strategic growth initiatives and oversee all aspects of business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving business success in the engineering or construction sector.

Develop and implement the company’s strategic business plans and objectives.

Lead business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.

Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.

Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Drive operational excellence across all departments, ensuring efficient processes and quality standards.

Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team.

Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in the steel fabrication, construction, or engineering sectors.

Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and P&L management.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of the UAE market and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
