Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic business initiatives to enhance the company’s market position and drive sustainable growth in Dubai and the wider UAE region.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth implementation of business objectives and compliance with local regulations.
• Develop and implement business development strategies, including identifying new market opportunities and expanding our product/service portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders in the UAE and GCC region.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine business strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business goals.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all areas of the business to stay ahead in a competitive marketplace.
• Ensure financial objectives are met, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing business performance.

Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing business operations and driving profitability.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry best practices, and competitive analysis.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into actionable plans.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE, or willing to relocate.
