Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients across DAL TECHNOLOGY’s service portfolio
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal technical teams to align solutions with client needs
- Attend client meetings, present solutions, negotiate terms, and support the sales cycle to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up on inquiries
- Collaborate with management to refine business development strategies
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and sales performance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Lead Generation and Market Research skills
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management within technology, IT, or IoT solutions is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in Sharjah and manage multiple opportunities concurrently
- Valid UAE driving license required, with willingness to travel across UAE for client meetings

Role Description
- Full time, on site Business Development Specialist role based in Sharjah.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with clients across DAL TECHNOLOGY’s service portfolio.
- Daily tasks include market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, attending client meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and supporting the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, business opportunities, and sales performance.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Lead Generation and Market Research skills.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management within technology, IT, or IoT solutions is highly beneficial.
