Business Development Specialist

Identify and develop new revenue streams for the company and turn business opportunities and ideas into projects and partnerships that generate actual revenue.

• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Conduct market, competitor, and commercial opportunity analysis.
• Develop business models and conduct initial feasibility studies.
• Develop new commercial services and products.
• Build strategic partnerships and negotiate with potential partners.
• Leverage the company’s assets, properties, customers, and services to create new business opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from idea development through execution and revenue generation.
• Monitor the performance and profitability of new projects and revenue streams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related commercial role.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, relationship-building, and business modeling skills.
• Proactive and execution-oriented, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth.
