- Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior executives
- Consultative problem solver who can diagnose needs and propose strategic solutions
- Ownership mindset suited to zero to one or high growth environments
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands on execution
- Proven success driving renewals, retention, and account expansion
