Job Overview
- Bravura, a premium turnkey interior design and fit out solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive commercial growth and expand the project pipeline in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for interior design and fit out projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major contracting and real estate development firms to secure sub contracting opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their requirements and presenting Bravura's capabilities.
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms and successfully close deals.
- Monitor market trends, upcoming mega projects in Riyadh, and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Business Development Specialist, preferably within the Fit Out, Construction, or Interior Design sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and relationship building capabilities; existing network of industry contacts is a major plus.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, handle objections, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
