We are seeking a results-driven

Business Development Specialist

  • to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue for our organization.
  • This role involves researching market trends, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in developing new business initiatives.
  • ****Key Responsibilities:****
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging markets to identify areas for growth.
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and KPIs.
  • Support negotiations and closing processes in collaboration with senior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

  • CRM software proficiency
