Role Description
- As a Business Development Specialist at KOPPEN KSA, you will drive expansion by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high impact business opportunities.
- This full time, hybrid role is based in Riyadh, combining strategic client engagement with operational agility.
Your Day to Day
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, engaging premium enterprise clients and decision makers across the Kingdom.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, GRC, and creative teams to architect bespoke, high value proposals and pitches.
- Conduct deep market research to refine go to market strategies, tracking performance and contributing insights.
What We Are Looking For
- A driven Saudi professional with a deep understanding of the local business landscape and a proven track record in professional services or consultancy B2B sales.
- Exceptional presentation skills and a true passion for driving long term value in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within consulting, marketing, or branding environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in the Riyadh Region.
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; proficiency with standard office and collaboration software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
