- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships

- Prepare proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools

Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Effective Lead Generation skills and familiarity with sales pipelines
- Proficiency in basic business and productivity tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in digital media, advertising, or related industry, especially within the Middle East market (advantage)
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah

Role Description
- The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah.
- This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting digital media solutions that meet client needs in the Middle East market.
- Day to day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, generating and following up on leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- The specialist will track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and support contract negotiations and account onboarding.
- Collaboration with marketing and operations will be essential to refine offerings and improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, assess opportunities, and support data driven proposals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and maintain long term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills and familiarity with sales pipelines to drive new business and meet growth targets.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic business and productivity tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software) to manage accounts and reporting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in digital media, advertising, or a related industry, especially within the Middle East market, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
