Role Description
- The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah, responsible for driving growth across AGS Prime Arabia’s service lines.
- This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- The specialist will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and support the development of sales strategies and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Daily activities include preparing presentations, attending client meetings, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- The role also requires monitoring client satisfaction, supporting contract negotiations, and contributing to revenue and pipeline targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Lead generation and market research skills to identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Analytical skills to assess market data, evaluate opportunities, and support data informed decision making.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in services such as workforce supply, construction, or facility management.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and reports using standard office and CRM tools.
