Red Production KSA is looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth by selling marketing, branding, media production, and corporate event solutions in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the Saudi market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling existing clients
- Promote Red Production's integrated services including branding, digital marketing, media production, corporate events, exhibitions, PR, web & app development, and AI business solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives
- Attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate new opportunities
- Build long term partnerships with clients and maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Follow up on opportunities and ensure successful project handovers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales
- Previous experience in a Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Media Production Company, Event Management Company, or Exhibition Company is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market
- Existing network of corporate clients and decision makers is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Valid Saudi driving license

Role Overview
- We are looking for a results driven Business Development professional with a strong network in Saudi Arabia who has proven experience selling Marketing, Branding, Media Production, and Corporate Event solutions.
