CV5 Capital is seeking a Business Development Officer based in Dubai to support the growth of its regulated Cayman fund platform across the UAE, GCC, and broader international markets.
The role will focus on originating opportunities with hedge fund managers, crypto trading firms, digital asset managers, proprietary trading teams, family offices, advisers, and strategic partners interested in launching or operating Cayman investment funds.
The successful candidate will help build CV5 Capital’s regional network, generate qualified fund launch opportunities, support client engagement, and represent the firm in a professional and commercially effective manner.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in financial services, investment funds, digital assets, wealth management, corporate services, fund administration, law, or capital introduction who has strong relationships across Dubai, DIFC, ADGM, or the wider GCC market.
Role Description
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting commercial opportunities for CV5 Capital’s Cayman fund platform and related fund structuring services.
The role is focused on building relationships with investment managers, crypto trading firms, proprietary trading groups, family offices, allocators, advisers, lawyers, fund administrators, custodians, exchanges, and other referral partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of investment funds or financial services, and the ability to explain CV5 Capital’s regulated Cayman fund platform to prospective clients in a credible and commercially effective manner.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Identifying prospective fund managers and strategic partners.
- Building referral channels across lawyers, administrators, exchanges, custodians, consultants, and family offices.
- Explaining CV5 Capital’s Cayman fund platform to prospective clients.
- Supporting lead qualification, proposals, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Representing CV5 Capital at relevant industry events and meetings.
- Maintaining a pipeline of regional opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong financial services business development experience.
- A network across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, DIFC, ADGM, or the wider GCC.
- Understanding of funds, asset management, digital assets, wealth management, or professional services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A professional, credible, and entrepreneurial approach.
- This role may be structured as full-time employment, consultancy, or a performance-linked business development mandate depending on the candidate.
