About Naqsh

  • Naqsh Bespoke Interiors is Dubai's specialist studio for premium architectural wrap film — transforming residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces through high end, non invasive surface treatment.

The Role

  • This is a field based, hunter style sales role. You will be the face of Naqsh — visiting corporate offices, building relationships with architects and interior designers, and converting leads into projects.
  • Track 1 — Direct Corporate Sales: Prospecting offices, business parks, and commercial towers. Selling cabin, conference room, and reception wraps.
  • Track 2 — Trade & Referral Network: Building long term relationships with architects, interior designers, and fit out contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and visit target corporate offices and commercial towers across Dubai.
  • Carry and present Naqsh's physical sample kit; conduct on site walkthroughs identifying wrap opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals in coordination with the operations team; follow up through to project sign off.
  • Build and maintain a structured database of architects, interior designers, and fit out contractors.
  • Represent Naqsh at industry events and trade exhibitions.
  • Keep the pipeline up to date — logging all leads, visits, calls, and deal stages.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain Naqsh's brand image in every interaction.

  • Socially fluent across Arabic, South Asian, and Western corporate cultures in Dubai.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field — preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in interiors, fit out, real estate, or luxury.
  • Driving Licence: Valid UAE Driving Licence — mandatory.
  • Languages: English (essential), Arabic (strong advantage), Hindi/Urdu (useful).
  • Network: Existing connections in Dubai's design or property space is a significant advantage.
  • Location: Based in Dubai, available for daily field visits.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: AED 3,000 – 6,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Commission: 5% of invoiced project value on every project you bring in — uncapped.
