Responsibilities
- Generate new qualified leads for Jalira Marketing through organic channels
- Identify and approach potential clients across different industries
- Conduct discovery meetings and understand client marketing needs
- Present Jalira's services professionally and confidently
- Build and maintain long term relationships with prospects and clients
- Follow up consistently until deals are successfully closed
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team when needed
- Maintain and update the CRM with all leads and sales activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Represent the company professionally during online meetings and client communications
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of Business Development or Sales experience within a Digital Marketing Agency
- Proven experience acquiring clients organically (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach, email, WhatsApp, partnerships, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services including Social Media Management, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok & Snapchat Marketing, Branding, Website Development, Content Creation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated, organized, and target driven
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred)
