About Jalira

  • Jalira Marketing is a Dubai based digital marketing agency specializing in Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, Branding, Content Creation, Websites, and Creative Production.
  • We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who has a proven track record in growing digital marketing agencies through organic client acquisition.

  • Remote
  • 6 working days per week
  • 8 working hours per day

Responsibilities

  • Generate new qualified leads for Jalira Marketing through organic channels.
  • Identify and approach potential clients across different industries.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and understand client marketing needs.
  • Present Jalira's services professionally and confidently.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Follow up consistently until deals are successfully closed.
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team when needed.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with all leads and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company professionally during online meetings and client communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Business Development or Sales experience within a Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Proven experience acquiring clients organically (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach, email, WhatsApp, partnerships, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services including Social Media Management, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok & Snapchat Marketing, Branding, Website Development, Content Creation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and relationship building abilities.
  • Self motivated, organized, and target driven.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).

KPIs

  • Generate qualified leads on a daily basis.
  • Book client meetings consistently.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Achieve the monthly revenue target.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs.
