  • The team includes experienced professionals, many with Big 4 backgrounds, offering VAT, corporate tax optimization, audit, AML advisory, and company formation services.

Role Description

  • The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving growth and expanding KARG’s client base.
  • Focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships in tax consulting, audit, AML, and company formation services.
  • Day to day tasks include market research, target segment mapping, and outreach planning.
  • Manages the sales pipeline, coordinates meetings, and collaborates with technical teams to develop proposals.
  • Maintains records of activities, contributes to marketing, and provides market trend feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and interpret financial/regulatory information.
  • Excellent Communication skills to present services and build trust based relationships.
  • Effective Lead Generation capabilities to identify prospects and manage pipelines.
  • Solid Market Research skills to analyze industry trends and client needs.
  • Strong Customer Service skills for responsive follow up and high quality interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in professional services, particularly tax, audit, or financial consulting, is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with sales reporting and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical experts and handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are a plus.
