Role Description
- The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving growth and expanding KARG’s client base.
- Focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships in tax consulting, audit, AML, and company formation services.
- Day to day tasks include market research, target segment mapping, and outreach planning.
- Manages the sales pipeline, coordinates meetings, and collaborates with technical teams to develop proposals.
- Maintains records of activities, contributes to marketing, and provides market trend feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and interpret financial/regulatory information.
- Excellent Communication skills to present services and build trust based relationships.
- Effective Lead Generation capabilities to identify prospects and manage pipelines.
- Solid Market Research skills to analyze industry trends and client needs.

- Experience in professional services, particularly tax, audit, or financial consulting, is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical experts and handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are a plus.
