Role Description
- The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including generating qualified leads and building partnerships within the holiday homes and hospitality sector.
- Day to day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and preparing reports to support sales strategies and pricing decisions.
- The specialist will maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in meetings, presentations, and networking activities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, evaluate performance, and support strategic decision making.
- Effective communication skills to present proposals, negotiate agreements, and maintain professional relationships.
- Lead generation experience to identify prospects, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into sustainable business.
- Market research abilities to assess competition, understand customer preferences, and identify growth opportunities.
- Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction, manage inquiries, and support long term partnerships.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or hospitality, preferably within the holiday homes or real estate sector.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software; fluency in English required, additional languages considered an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidate should be from Holiday Homes Background and Russian and Arabic speaker would be preferred.
Salary
- Salary up to 5,000 AED plus commission on every unit.
