Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Assist in tender submissions.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and submitted proposals.
- Support contract negotiations and closure of deals.
Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Identify new service opportunities and business expansion areas.
- Support management with business growth strategies and market intelligence.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and retention.
- Address client concerns and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and satisfaction checks.
Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reports.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Facilities Management / Cleaning / Maintenance industry preferred
- UAE driving license preferred
- Knowledge of UAE market and client network is an advantage
Qualification & Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
