- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast paced environment
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar.
- Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and building long term relationships with clients and partners.
- Tasks include market research, qualifying leads, preparing presentations/proposals, collaborating with internal teams, attending client meetings and industry events, and supporting contract negotiation and deal closure.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities.
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline in a B2B or agency environment.
