Role Description

  • Full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and building long term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Tasks include market research, qualifying leads, preparing presentations/proposals, collaborating with internal teams, attending client meetings and industry events, and supporting contract negotiation and deal closure.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Customer service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and foster long term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or related sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast paced environment.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for promoting our services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
