- Assimilate market information and participate in overall business development through weekly/monthly sales meetings
- Initiate dialogue with key decision makers and draft trade development strategy
- Deliver all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships within the team and with clients

- Business Development: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Overview

- We are hiring for Business Development Executive to join our team immediately with PRO Service industry or HR Recruitment sales in UAE is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining/developing existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating Gross Profit.
- Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, to maximize profits and develop new revenue streams.
- Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
- Initiate dialogue with key decision makers (middle level managers) on products and draft a trade development strategy (both short and long term).
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries.
- Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing business consulting projects (Company Formations, UAE Govt. relation services, HR advisory services, Immigration services, etc.).
- Developing and maintaining productive working relationships within the team.
- Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services.
- Work collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services.
- Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence.
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.

Compensation
- Pay: QAR7,000.00 QAR8,000.00 per month
