Paci.ai is an AI powered accounting and financial operations platform helping entrepreneurs, SMEs, and growing companies in the UAE.
As part of our expansion, Paci.ai is extending into business setup and company formation.

Advise entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs on the most suitable company formation structure — free zone vs. mainland.
Manage the end to end incorporation process: name reservation, initial approvals, licensing, and registration.
Coordinate PRO services and document clearing, including visas, Emirates ID, and government liaison work.
Assist clients with corporate bank account opening, including documentation and bank liaison.
Guide clients through license renewals and ongoing regulatory compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client cases, timelines, and status across the formation pipeline.
Build and maintain working relationships with free zone authorities, government departments, and banks.
Provide clients with clear, transparent updates throughout their setup journey.
Identify opportunities to cross sell Paci.ai's accounting and compliance services.
Work closely with Paci.ai's accounting, compliance, and operations teams for smooth handover.

2+ years of experience in UAE company formation, corporate services, PRO services, or a related consultancy environment.
Solid working knowledge of UAE free zone and mainland company formation, licensing, and PRO processes.
Familiarity with UAE banking requirements for corporate account opening.
Experience managing multiple client cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable liaising directly with government authorities, free zones, and banks.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field preferred.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.
Client focused with strong communication skills.
Proactive and reliable in following up with authorities, banks, and clients.
