About the Role
Genfocus AV seeks a Business Development Specialist to drive growth in event AV solutions across Saudi Arabia. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, building client relationships, and closing deals for LED walls, projection, sound, and video systems.

Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business across event AV — LED screens, video, sound, and full show solutions
- Build relationships with event agencies, production houses, corporates, exhibitions, and government clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical commercial offers; negotiate and close
- Pursue opportunities tied to corporate events, product launches, exhibition booths, concerts, and public activations
- Work with technical and production teams to match solutions to each event's creative and technical needs
- Track market trends across KSA's fast growing events and entertainment sector
- Meet and exceed revenue and pipeline targets
Requirements
- 3+ years in business development / sales — events, AV, LED, production, or rental industry strongly preferred
- Familiarity with event AV technology: LED walls, projection, media servers, video switching, and multi screen setups is a major plus
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Strong network within KSA's events, corporate, agency, or government sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic a strong advantage)
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred; transferable Iqama for candidates already in KSA

- Familiarity with event AV technology: LED walls (various pixel pitches), curved/modular LED, projection, media servers, video switching, and multi screen setups is a major plus.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Strong network within KSA's events, corporate, agency, or government sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic a strong advantage).
