Role overview

Full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Qatar.

The role focuses on logistics and trading services across regional markets.

Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads and conduct market research.
Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare proposals and presentations and coordinate with internal teams.
Follow up to support high-quality customer service.
Track sales activities, report performance, and contribute to market-positioning and revenue-growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, communication, customer-service, organizational, and time-management skills.
Demonstrated experience in lead generation and market research.
Background in sales, business development, or account management is required.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or industrial trading is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other regional languages are advantageous.
