πΌ Role Description
We are looking for a commercially driven, well-networked Business Development & Sales Specialist who can open doors across all service lines and convert opportunities into signed engagements.
You will own the full sales lifecycle from identifying emerging opportunities in government tenders and enterprise RFx pipelines to crafting winning proposals, negotiating contracts, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role.
You will collaborate with our technical, consulting, and media delivery teams to position Prish Group as the partner of choice for digital transformation, managed cloud services, custom development, cybersecurity, and media production mandates.
π Key Responsibilities
π Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Government & Public Sector, Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail & E-Commerce, and Manufacturing verticals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline spanning all seven service lines: hardware, software licensing, cloud, custom development, strategy & consulting, digital transformation, and media production.
- Monitor government procurement portals (Tejari, eSupply), agency websites, and industry publications to surface tender opportunities ahead of release.
- Leverage professional networks, trade events, and industry associations to generate qualified leads and referrals.
- Represent Prish Group at conferences, trade shows, and forums relevant to UAE government digitization and enterprise technology.
π Tender & Proposal Management
- Source and track RFx opportunities through public procurement portals and direct agency relationships.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution scoping, technical narrative, commercial pricing, and submission logistics.
- Collaborate with delivery leads across technology, consulting, and media to build technically credible, differentiated proposals.
- Structure compliant, VAT-correct quotations and commercial documentation suitable for formal government tender submissions.
- Maintain a proposal library, case study repository, and capability matrix to accelerate future responses.
- Conduct post-bid reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve win rates.
π€ Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and deepen trusted relationships with senior decision-makers inside government entities, semi-government organizations, and large enterprises.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for strategic accounts throughout the sales and post-award phases.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are set, met, and exceeded.
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover latent needs across digital transformation, cloud migration, process automation, cybersecurity, and media production.
π Revenue & Performance Reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and pipeline targets across all service lines.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in the CRM; provide weekly pipeline reports to leadership.
- Track tender submission outcomes, win/loss ratios, and revenue attribution by service category.
- Prepare executive-ready sales forecasts and market intelligence briefings.
π‘ Strategic Insight & Market Intelligence
- Monitor UAE Vision 2031, Smart Dubai, and sector-specific digitalization initiatives to anticipate procurement waves.
- Provide competitive intelligence and market feedback to shape go-to-market strategy, service packaging, and pricing models.
- Identify partnership and channel opportunities with technology vendors, system integrators, and consultancies.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, case studies, and capability presentations aligned with Prish Groupβs brand.
Education
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA is an advantage.
Experience
4β7 years in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or government account management in the UAE technology or consulting market.
Procurement
Proven track record managing UAE government tenders: Tejari, eSupply, and direct agency procurement.
Sound knowledge of VAT compliance and formal RFx documentation.
Domain Knowledge
Working knowledge across IT solutions (hardware, software licensing, cloud platforms, custom development, cybersecurity) and/or media production and consulting services.
Proposal Skills
Demonstrated ability to author technically credible, commercially compelling proposals for complex multi-service engagements.
Tools
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), MS Office / Google Workspace, and proposal management tools.
Language
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
Network
- Established relationships within UAE government agencies, semi-government entities, or large enterprise accounts.
- π Preferred Attributes
- Experience selling or positioning cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), managed services, or software licensing programmes (Microsoft EA / CSP, Adobe VIP, Autodesk).
- Familiarity with UAE government digital transformation agenda: Smart Dubai, UAE Digital Economy Strategy, NESA compliance requirements.
- Experience positioning and closing engagements in sectors Prish Group actively serves: Government, Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Manufacturing.
- Understanding of media production, content creation, or AV technology sales as an additional service line.
- Comfort engaging C-suite, IT leadership, and procurement officers simultaneously within the same account.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who can operate with limited hand-holding while maintaining rigorous pipeline discipline.
