Overview

**Job for Arabists Business Solutions** is looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development & Sales Partner** to promote our services in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

  • Actively search for and attract new clients (including cold outreach).
  • Develop existing partnerships and maintain the client database.
  • Present company services and conduct negotiations both online and offline.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and close deals.
  • Represent the company at business meetings and events in Dubai.

Requirements

  • You live in Dubai and have your own visa.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the B2B services market in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in sales/business development in HR, recruitment, consulting, educational projects will be a big plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Tagalog or other Asian languages are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Conditions

  • Freelance agreement.
  • 4 days per week: flexible schedule, remote work.
  • 1 day: 8 hours at the Dubai office in Deira.
  • Salary AED 1500 + average monthly commission from AED 5000 without upper limit - depends on your performance
  • *We do not provide visa sponsorship or relocation support.*
  • Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
