Job Summary

Adler Security systems is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager

in Riyadh.

The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and sales of security and surveillance solutions in Saudi Arabia market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Riyadh.
  • Build relationships with distributors, system integrators, installers, consultants, and end users.
  • Promote and sell security and surveillance solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on projects and tenders.
  • Achieve sales targets and support market growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in the
  • security, CCTV, surveillance, ELV, or low-current industry
  • .
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market.
  • Good network with relevant clients, distributors, consultants, or integrators in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with CCTV and IP cameras Systems, or integrated security solutions.
