About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Manager to lead sales growth for our Events & Exhibitions division in Riyadh/Jeddah. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the exhibitions, events, conferences, trade shows, and experiential marketing industries
- Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, cold calling, referrals, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event organizers, agencies, corporate brands, and government entities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure and handover
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and operations teams to develop winning project solutions
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize profitability and client satisfaction
- Maintain an up to date sales pipeline and regularly report business development activities and forecasts
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support business growth
- Represent the company at industry networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in business development and sales within the events, exhibitions, fit out, or related industries
- Strong network within the GCC events and exhibitions sector is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of exhibition stand design & build, event production, and project execution processes
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid GCC driving license is an advantage

Job Summary
