Position Summary
Lead sales growth for ARES geospatial intelligence and GIS solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Build relationships with Saudi government mapping, survey, and municipal authorities to drive adoption of geospatial data modernization and geodatabase solutions.
The role is based in Riyadh and reports to the Regional President, MENA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy for GIS data modernization, satellite and aerial imagery services, and spatial data infrastructure.
- Build and manage relationships with senior government, defense, security, geospatial, survey, municipal, and urban-planning stakeholders.
- Own the full sales cycle for government and enterprise geospatial opportunities, including prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Navigate Saudi government procurement, tendering, and vendor registration or qualification processes.
- Partner with technical and GIS teams on RFP and RFI responses, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Represent ARES at relevant industry events and government engagements in Saudi Arabia and internationally as needed.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and forecast and report regularly to the Regional President, MENA.
- Provide market intelligence on procurement trends and emerging opportunities.
