Job Summary
Urwa is seeking a Business Development and Sales Executive to drive property acquisition and sales growth across the UAE.
The role focuses on generating new business, building real estate partnerships, and expanding services within the asset management ecosystem.
The successful candidate will acquire listings, clients, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities with asset management companies, property management companies, owners, developers, and brokers.
- Acquire residential and commercial listings for leasing and sales.
- Build relationships with real estate agents, agencies, asset management companies, and property management companies.
- Conduct outreach, networking, and client meetings across the UAE.
- Negotiate listing agreements, service contracts, and partnership deals.
- Achieve monthly targets for listings, partnerships, and revenue.
- Coordinate with supply and operations teams to activate properties.
- Maintain a lead and opportunity pipeline through CRM tracking.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
