Position Overview

  • Durrani Holiday Homes is seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven, and target oriented Business Development & Sales Executive.
  • This role combines Property Acquisition, Business Development, Corporate Sales and Direct Sales into one strategic position.
  • The successful candidate will identify and acquire new residential properties for management while simultaneously developing B2B and B2C sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Identify, approach, and acquire residential property owners for Holiday Home management.
  • Business Development & Strategic Partnerships: Develop new business opportunities through self generated prospecting.
  • Sales & Revenue Development: Develop and manage multiple revenue channels outside OTAs.
  • Client, Landlord & Account Management: Build long term professional relationships.
  • Market Research & Business Intelligence: Monitor Dubai's Holiday Homes and Real Estate market.
  • Cross Department Coordination: Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Guest Relations, Revenue Management, and Marketing.
  • CRM, Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Property Acquisition, Hospitality Sales, Holiday Homes, Hotels, Real Estate, or Property Management.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's Real Estate and Holiday Homes market.
  • Knowledge of DTCM regulations is an advantage.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
