Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire residential property owners, landlords, investors, and developers for Holiday Home management
- Generate qualified acquisition leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, digital channels, and market research
- Build and manage a healthy acquisition pipeline from lead generation through contract signing
- Conduct property evaluations and recommend suitable units aligned with company portfolio strategy
- Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms in accordance with company policies
- Develop new business opportunities through self generated prospecting activities
- Build relationships with property owners, real estate brokers, developers, investors, and relocation companies
- Develop and manage multiple revenue channels including corporate clients, travel agents, DMCs, and direct customers
- Generate direct bookings and develop corporate accommodation agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records, update acquisition pipeline, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Property Acquisition, Hospitality Sales, Holiday Homes, Hotels, Real Estate, or Property Management
- Strong understanding of Dubai's Real Estate and Holiday Homes market
- Knowledge of DTCM regulations is an advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred

Position Overview
- Durrani Holiday Homes is seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven, and target oriented Business Development & Sales Executive.
- This role combines Property Acquisition, Business Development, Corporate Sales and Direct Sales into one strategic position.
- The successful candidate will identify and acquire new residential properties for management while simultaneously developing B2B and B2C sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Identify, approach, and acquire residential property owners for Holiday Home management.
- Business Development & Strategic Partnerships: Develop new business opportunities through self generated prospecting.
- Sales & Revenue Development: Develop and manage multiple revenue channels outside OTAs.
- Client, Landlord & Account Management: Build long term professional relationships.
- Market Research & Business Intelligence: Monitor Dubai's Holiday Homes and Real Estate market.
- Cross Department Coordination: Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Guest Relations, Revenue Management, and Marketing.
- CRM, Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Property Acquisition, Hospitality Sales, Holiday Homes, Hotels, Real Estate, or Property Management.
- Strong understanding of Dubai's Real Estate and Holiday Homes market.
- Knowledge of DTCM regulations is an advantage.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
