Olympia Sports is seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Executive with a strong background in sports flooring systems, outdoor sports equipment, and playground projects in Qatar.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Qatar
- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Promote company products and solutions related to sports flooring, playgrounds, outdoor fitness equipment, sports posts, and sports infrastructure
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, schools, sports clubs, and government entities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports flooring systems, outdoor sports equipment, and playground projects
- Strong technical knowledge of flooring materials, installation requirements, sports posts, playground systems, and outdoor fitness equipment
- Experience working on projects with contractors, consultants, schools, sports clubs, or government clients
- Ability to understand project specifications, BOQs, and tender requirements
- Valid Qatar driving license is a must
- Must have a valid Qatar ID
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self motivated and target oriented

- Arabic speaking is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self motivated and target oriented
