Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and real estate companies
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
- Promote and sell fit out and joinery services
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Follow up on client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in Fit Out, Joinery, Interior Design, or Construction
- Strong network with consultants, developers, contractors, and real estate companies
- Proven track record in winning projects and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Must have own transportation for client visits
